Your favorite 5k trail race is back for its 7th year!
Professional chip timing and real-time results by Bryn Mawr Racing Company, festival area with music, chili cook-off and giveaways.
Never the same course twice as you run through the trails through these beautiful woods, across the streams and up and down the hills in this scenic but challenging race.
Additionally, the Monkey Rock Miler is back, as is the free Kids Race with any adult registration.
New this year! The famed trail race will be part of a fantastic McKaig Weekend, with the annual Gala "October Festival" and bonfire taking place on Friday, October 7th!
As always, 100% of the proceeds go toward nature education programs and the maintenance and preservation of this nearly 100 acre oasis, which survives solely on donations, memberships and proceeds from events like this one.

Overall winner awards and prizes, custom age group winner medals, and race shirts for all registered by 10/3, and if you're already a member, or become a member on race day, expect a little something extra from us at the event!.
This race will be limited to the first 125 racers registered.
